Orders and Shipping
What is the process to ship my order?
Each order is custom made, meaning each hat is made to order. After we receive your order it typically takes 1-2 business days to make and ship the order. Our goal is to ship within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We work to ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, transit time will vary depending on the shipping location and selected delivery method.
- Standard shipping ranges between 3 to 5 business days M-F
- Priority shipping ranges from 1 to 3 business days M-F
Who will be delivering my order?
We currently only ship via USPS. If you have any concerns for your address, please contact us prior to placing your order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary by item, shipping address and selected shipping method. We also offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75 in the continental US.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses (standard shipping only).
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not currently ship outside the United States. In the future we hope to be able to offer our awesome hats to our international neighbors.
What happens if my package gets lost?
If you run into any issues with delivery, first try contacting the carrier directly. From there, if you aren’t able to resolve the issue with the carrier please contact us.
Order Tracking
All Domestic (US) orders will be emailed a tracking number to the email address provided at the time of purchase. You can use this tracking number to determine the location and estimated delivery time on your package by visiting the USPS.com Track & Confirm page. Please note that USPS can take up to 12 hours after the order is shipped to provide accurate tracking information.
Orders placed after 9am on Friday will ship the next business day (Monday), regardless of the shipping option chosen.
What should I do if I made a mistake on my order?

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Accounts and payments
When will my payment method be charged?
Your payment method will be charged automatically at the time you place your order and complete the purchase at Checkout.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Our store e-gift cards
- Major credit/debit/gift cards (bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo)
- PayPal*
Fraud Prevention
In an effort to protect our customers from Identity Theft, we will examine each order to help determine and prevent fraudulent purchases. Due to increased security measures, you may receive an e-mail from our Customer Service department attempting to verify the validity of your order. As a part of this procedure, you may be asked to verify specific information on your order that will help us to determine if this order is legitimate.
Communication attempts will be made via the email or phone number provided at the time of the order. We appreciate your cooperation, and apologize for any inconvenience this causes you.
For your security, we are unable to change the shipping address of any order placed via PayPal. If you require a PayPal order to be shipped to a different address, please make the applicable change in your PayPal account before placing the order.
Refunds/Returns
How do I request a refund/return or replacement?
Refund, Returns & Replacements
Since all of our items are "custom/made to order" we do not offer refunds or returns. But if an item does not meet your expectations or is defective, we are happy to issue a one-time credit (via store credit of equal value minus quoted shipping costs) within 30 days of your order date.
